Lexie Hull seems to be diplomatic when it comes to choosing one teammate over the other. Hull was most recently asked whether Caitlin Clark or Kelsey Mitchell would go on to win MVP this season. Both Clark and Mitchell are strong contenders for the title, with forum discussions yielding that both the players are turning out to be favorites.
Hull did not choose sides but went on to state both Clark and Mitchell deserve the award and that either of them winning only adds to the Fever’s success. In fact, Hull praised the two for being so devoted to the team and the success of the Indiana franchise together.
“I think any of them deserve it, for sure. I think for us, it just shows the success of our team. I think all of them can tell you, they’re just such big team players; they’ll do whatever that we need for our team to win and it’s showing up on the stat sheet for sure… and I think that we’ll be so happy, the city will be so happy and our fans will be so proud.”Lexie Hull said.

Many Fever fans, just like Lexie Hull, are actually siding with Caitlin Clark to win the MVP this time out, including her own massive army of fans. Clark is in her third season with the league right now and has been playing quite decently.
However, Clark’s numbers are not that phenomenal, especially when compared to the splash she made during her rookie season. This has led many to go with other candidates as their favorites in the MVP race.
Lexie Hull’s Teammate Chooses Kelsey Mitchell Over Caitlin Clark
Lexie Hull might not have been bold enough to pick a side between Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell for MVP. But, the same cannot be said about Aliyah Boston. Boston openly chose Mitchell in her podcast when she discussed the MVP race. Boston did not give any reason why she left Clark out of the conversation though.
Boston’s remarks got a lot of heat from Clark fans, who felt that she was doing injustice to the most popular player in the league. There were even rumors that Boston and Clark had an argument about her MVP choice in the locker room, but this has not exactly been confirmed.
