USC women’s basketball star Jazzy Davidson will be able to play during March Madness after suffering an injury in the Big Ten Tournament, the team announced.
Davidson, the Big Ten Freshman of the Year, suffered a right shoulder injury in the Trojans’ game against Washington last week.
With star JuJu Watkins out for the year, the Trojans have depended on Davidson, and the guard delivered, earning multiple Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors on her way to the yearlong award.

In 30 games this year, she’s averaging 17.6 points per game, 5.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.0 blocks.
The Trojans are predicted to be an 8 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
