The transfer noise surrounding Gerry McNamara's move from Siena back to Syracuse has all centered around Gavin Doty, who was a star for G-Mac with the Saints.
There are other Siena players who will be hitting the transfer portal, though, and there's another that could be of some interest to SU.
Reid Ducharme is entering the portal, according to a social media post on Tuesday. And he's a former four-star recruit.

Ducharme is originally from Massachusetts, and he attended Brewster Academy, which has sent recruits to Syracuse before. SU actually offered Ducharme in high school, too.
He's not a sure thing for the Orange at all, though, with it being more of a coach-player connection as a potential fit here rather than a massive role waiting for him.
Ducharme played in just five games as a freshman at Xavier.
He then played 13 minutes per game in the 2024-25 season at Siena, averaging 4.6 points and 1.8 rebounds.
Ducharme missed the entire 2025-26 season with injury.
There'd be plenty of question marks, but McNamara would likely know better than anyone whether there's a fit here, so stay tuned.
