There's a tad more rest and relaxation this week for Iowa State men's basketball, which is riding a four-game winning streak.
The Cyclones (20-2, 7-2 Big 12 Conference) have only one game this week, a rematch with Baylor at Hilton Coliseum on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. CT.

The Cyclones moved up to No. 7 in the USA TODAY Sports coaches' poll. They were previously ranked No. 9.
In the AP Poll, Iowa State also rose to No. 7. The Cyclones were ranked No. 8 last week.
