After what can only be described as a disappointing regular season that saw Purdue start the season as the #1 team in the country but fall all the way to 18 after a 6-7 final 13 games it’s now time for win or go home season. Purdue is in Chicago at the United Center ready to face the Northwestern Wildcats, a team that they just barely scraped by in Evanston thanks to the heroics of CJ Cox. These two teams should be very familiar with each other since that game was on March 4th. Well, now it’s a neutral floor (though in Illinois) for this game. You can check out Casey’s preview of the matchup and get ready for what should be a barn burner of a game. As you read this I’m either on the road or already getting situated in the United Center. I hope you’re all ready to watch this game. Purdue has just two guaranteed games left this season and I hope we can all enjoy them.
